Hi there was going into Sainsbury’s in my mobility scooter to pick up some bits frim Argos got on the scooter was waiting at the edge if a zebra crossing and this vw caddy wav veichle did not stop at the crossing to let me cross so it kept on driving and I blown my horn as loud as I could at him not Ince did he say sorry or nothing at all
that is just sheer arrogance

Sorry you suffered this, OP, it's an example of very unpleasant and selfish behaviour on the roads these days.
FWIW, I think the motorist was definitely in the wrong but am unsure if a person on a mobility scooter counts as a pedestrian or not. I hope someone with a clearer idea of motoring law might be along to clear this up for you.
