Hello, could you please help me? I am a single mother of two children. I have already reported a boy who attacked my 13-year-old to the police, and his mother called me, threatened me over the phone, attempted to add me on Facebook, and other things. The police declared they had no proof, so they did nothing.

The boy pushed my son off the bike and hit him, tearing his pants. He called me and came running to try to calm things down, but the boy ran to call his family, I took my son, and left because we were afraid. I had a panic attack on the way, so I called the ambulance. My son has autism and ADHD, so he doesn't have a good awareness of danger. Police escorted me to the station once I felt better, but they said they were sorry but there was little they could do because those ppl you were having problems with were known to do such things. You must leave your house for two weeks since I'm in danger now.
I have no family here and am dealing with my children on my own. In addition, my son has a social worker, but she is useless and never helps. Please provide any guidance you may hav
Im shaking while typing Im so scared they may hurt my son.

I'm sorry that happened to your son. Is the boy who is bullying him from his school? If so, I'd be going to the school first thing tomorrow. I'd also contact the NBH to get some advice on how to handle this for yourself, so that you're not ending up in severe panic attacks. They're open 9-5 Monday to Friday. Information and advice about all forms of bullying
Where have they sent you if they've told you to leave your house? That seems very extreme. Would getting something like this to pop into your son's clothes help? It would then be concrete evidence as their actions would be on video. Mini Button Cam Video Micro Security Camera Smallest Camcorder Tiny HD 1080P | eBay

They suggested hostels but considering my son's conditions I know he would refuse as he cant adapt to changes like this. Just came back from the hospital, unfortunately, my son couldn't wait longer for the doctor due to his ADHD he wants everything quick.
The boy who bullied my son isn't in my son's school but my younger son goes to the same school. He's been threatening to hurt him so I didn't send him today and police said keep him off this week. But thats not a solution

If he's threatening your younger son then I would definitely involve the school, so that a record is made and they are aware + can make sure that your younger son is safe when he is at school. Ring tomorrow morning and ask for a meeting with the head of safeguarding + his head of year/ the head teacher.
It's good that a hospital record will have been made of his visit too. Did you let the hospital know how any injuries occurred?
Keep a log of anything that is happening + I would look into a little camera. You want to build evidence up so that the police can't ignore it. That + the safeguarding lead at the school being aware will build a case.
