Could someone point me in the right direction, I have a family member who was attacked over the weekend by 3 females.

Kicks to the head, scratches, she now has 2 black eyes. Police arrested 1 individual for GBH. Police also have video evidence of the 1 female admitting to attacking my family member. 2 of the females in questions are nurses for the NHS. The victim, hasn’t given a full statement yet as she has been in hospital. Completely distraught, however will be going into the station this week.

I would like to make a report on my family members behalf of the 2 females, currently employed in the NHS. Who find it acceptable, to attack another female completely provoked. They work at the QE Hospital West Midlands. I have looked online and the only thing I can find is emailing PALS?

Could you contact the NMC? They are registered professionals

Please just let the police do their job. The nurses are obliged to report that they have been charged, if they are charged.

But you talking to their employer, before your family member has spoken to police, is irresponsible. Don't insert yourself in a legal process.

You can write directly to the Chief Executive of the Hospital Trust, and also to the Chair of the Trust's Board. The buck stops with them. Their details will be on the Hospital Trust's website. You will then be directed about what steps you should take next.

You can also write to the nurses' regulatory body, as per pp's advice.

How do you know that they work there?

You can google UHB board of directors and go straight to the Board. Someone will redirect your complaint. Margaret Garbett is the chief nurse I believe

I hope your family member is feeling much better soon x

They'll be a board the nurses need to be registered with. I think your post might be compromising albeit you don't identify individuals.
