Would really appreciate if anyone could share any experience with obtaining a restraining order against my child’s bully ? To cut a long story short my daughter is 11 severe bullying in person and virtual for last 12 mths, worked with school and parents to try and resolve unsuccessfully. It all came to ahead this weekend at a party where said bully and probably 20 + kids rallied round my daughter with threats of violence. I have endless evidence of the ongoing bullying and multiple witnesses.
