Rough playing kids

Do you worry about some children in your dc year being very rough?

We are at a second school. Dc was mistreated by a boy, pulled, pushed, teased at his first school.

Now he has a bruise occasionally and it is often linked to one of two boys in his new class. They are very boisterous boys and from what I hear they hurt a lot of kids.

The one time I spoke to the teacher re a specific incident I felt it was very quickly minimised.
I am starting to think the school can actually do very little (not their fault).

These kids are just so rough, lack empathy, and they love the smaller, quieter kids (like dc) and target them.

Does this happen at every school? Feels terrible as a parent to send your child in and know they could be injured?
