Bully got their job back

Just that really, a bully at my work left for vatious reasons, one being she failed her probation due to gaslighting, physically not being up to the job, stress etc. She told someone she was proud of not engaging with mediation. Now she is being accepted back. I left because she came back but agreed to say it was something else to help management. In return they didn't force me to work notice. I find it so weird that the managers want her in spite of all the problems she causes. I know they are finding it hard to recruit but they need to improve wages and then they will get better applicants.
