Don't want to give too much detail but an assault took place on my DC in a shared space that was meant to be supervised by adults
I have raises a complaint to COG and response is inadequate on many levels including
the reason the school believe the incident took place was because "it was busy" -
a disputed fact was responded to with "well Mr x says this is what happened" without COG talking to my DC to get their view or any suggestions put forward to avoid future similar dispute eg the presence of a third party at the discussion or a record of what was discussed.
COG also did not address many of the issues raised in the complaint
I now have the option to take the complaint to the next stage - would you?
