My daughter has been best friends with another girl since primary 2, they are in p6 now. Scotland. I don’t know what’s happened but the other girl has started being mean and ignoring my daughter. Excluding her in groups at school eg Easter egg hunt, they had to pick groups of 5. There is another girl who was in there friendship group so I’m thinking this other girl is jealous. This other girl who isn’t taking to my daughter has changed the past few weeks, playing with the naughty kids. I want to text the girls mum and ask if there is a problem but my daughter says no as she will be mean to her at school. I’m gutted for her as this was her only close friend for years, she even had a sleepover two weeks ago. Should I just leave it and it will sort itself out?
