DS is close friends with a child who has a TA at their school as a parent. DS’s friend took his ball from him at break as he wanted to play a different game with it. DS complained to the lunch time supervisor who was intervening. The TA mum came over got involved took DS ball away, friend denied taking the ball from DS. TA mum said ‘well x wouldn’t lie’. Another friend backed other child’s story up. Feel like
a) she shouldn’t be involved in her own son’s quarrels
B) or have taken ball from my DS
C) insinuated my DS was lying
Abuse of power? Or snap decision on TA’s part?
