Bullying:moving schools

We are moving dd from her school to a new school as she has been bullied for the last three years and though things improved last year its rekindled again this year.we are looking around another local school this week.

I can only think of the obvious questions to ask the new school, what would you ask?

What do they say on the website re bullying? How do they deal with friendship issues - playground buddies, friendship bench etc? Have you read the school policies - anti- bulling, behaviour, inclusion etc. If there aren’t accessible on school website ring up and ask for copies before your visit.

Thank you for your response. I read the policies online which were fairly comprehensive, and they have a good support network in place to support all children. We have decided that a new school will hopefully give her a fresh start. She starts next week.

I am experiencing the same thing with our DS. I don't have any advice but keen to hear what others say and good luck with it all.
