I'm struggling how to handle this i wonder if anyone can offer advice.
So dd is 9 and is generally a lovely child, last year a kid moved to dds school same year different class, dd started coming home complaining this girl was making dd play with her so I chat to dd about including everyone ect and dd said this girl (let's call her Betty) won't let anyone else join in and get angry and hurts dd if she doesn't play- dd had a full hand mark bruise round her wrist and a massive bruise on her shin from being kick by Betty who was wearing wellies at the time.
I go straight to the teacher the next morning as dd is scared I should mention Betty is 3x the size of dd.
That afternoon dd comes out happy having played with her nice friends and no drama from Betty.
So a few day later I've just collected dd when I see Betty's Mum storming over she shouts to me you better ask your daughter what she's been upto, before I have a chance to respond she tells me my dd is the leader of a girls gang the pulled down Betty's pants and humiliated her, so I head back into school who are shock and tell me absolutely my dd did not do this and this incident never happened. Other parents showed me a vile rant Betty's Mum had posted about how her dd was humiliated and being bullied, that she wanted to beat up and I think I'm better than her.
A few weeks go by and I realised dd was using her sister door to go into school when I asked dd about it she said Betty Mum was staring at her through the classroom window at pickup and it made her feel scared she said it had been going on since the first incident.
So I go into school and the head says she will have the deputy head sit in the classroom next to dd to see it from dds point of view, deputy caught Betty's Mum doing this (she didn't notice there was a teacher watching) so the teacher got up kept eye contact with Betty Mum and closed the blinds.
The school agreed to keep the blinds closed the rest of that week and strangely enough they used another door for the rest of the week.
When we are walking home she tells her daughter to repeatedly say hi to us all even through we never reply, Yesterday I went to the shop and my dd wanted to wait outside she came in to the shop say Betty and her mum sat on the bench next to her and Betty's Mum was loudly saying some people's mummy just don't care about them that's why there turn into bullies.

There's so much more that's happened it would take to long to list it all, until a year ago we didn't know Betty or her family so I have no idea why we are being targeted, also I have always went to school instead of confronting her.
