Hi, Our Neighbour who is a Teaching Assistant keeps shouting at her children in the mornings and afternoons, she is very intimidating towards them telling her daughter to "Stop being a mouthy Cow", her Son a "Useless Gimp" and then last week she drops her bags and stormed over to her son where i thought she was going to hit him, he was shaking with fear. She has also started shouting at my son on a few occasions. I do have some CCTV of her acting in this way and i do not know whether i should report her to the school or not? I would not want her to be near my children where she has such a short fuse, what should i do? would the school do anything?.
