If a child had spent two hours making a Christmas card and another child had scrunched it up and put it in he bin what do you think would be an appropriate way to deal with it?

My DD is quite upset over this latest incident but we don’t know who did it yet 😰

Well, you’d hope the school will investigate it. That’s very unkind.
My dc made a card once for a child in the class and they ripped it up in her face with another child while laughing. Unfortunately the school were as helpful as a chocolate teapot but I’m sure most teachers would not be happy to hear it. Good luck.

What age are the children?

Marmitemadmummy · 18/12/2017 17:14

Year 6. Thanks for the replies.

That’s awful ripping a card up in someone’s face. How can children be so cruel.

MarmiteMadMummy I guess children who haven't been taught about other's feelings. I agree - it is awful and thankfully I would never let my dc behave like that towards someone else.
Have a Happy Christmas all :)
