Hi! This might seem quite silly and petty but my son is quite timid but has settled into primary fine, he's in p2. He came out of school really upset today saying a girl in his class was handing out cake to everyone and got to him and said to him 'you steal, your not getting a bit'. iv asked him what she meant by stealing and if I ever hear from the school you have stole I'll speak to the head. He's attament he hasn't stole anything. I told him this little girl isn't worth. I know kids can be cruel. I'm livid, I know I'm being stupid but do you think I should write a wee note to the teacher explaining my son was upset? Or just leave it.

Id send note because all the children should've got cake if they are sharing it - otherwise they should stop doing it

Also I'd expect the teacher to supervise - they usually cut it up and get the kids to come up in pairs.

Send a note asking what happened rather than accusing
