dd 4 came home with a big bruise in her hand, her class freind has step on it while playing. should this be a concern ?

Not really, easily done accidentally is it a one off?

I think a one off bruise is fine, anything else about the friend that's worried you

I would say no. Even if she's saying "she stamped on it on purpose, unless you've other concerns, it probably was an accident. Number of times I've heard "on purpose" when you've seen it and know it was a full accident.

As an accident, I wouldn't give it a second thought. However, I guess there is a reason you put this in bullying?
