Hands-free cups or in-bra pump for low milk supply? (pumping at work)

I currently have the Medela swing maxi with the bottle style pump parts/ flanges. These work okay for me considering I’ve always had a low milk supply because I’ve got a thyroid problem. I’m going back to work for keeping in touch days soon and need to find a way to pump throughout the day to maintain my supply. Ideally something discrete. This is my last baby so I don’t want to spend loads. My question is should I get the Medela hands free collection cups that can be used with my current pump unit. Or should I buy some cheaper in bra pumps. Will either of these have enough suction power considering my low supply?
