When will you return to work?

My baby never took a bottle. Consultant told me it was because I didn't get it in enough before 6 weeks old. I took extended maternity so it wasn't a problem. My sister, however, was in your exact situation with her second child. The advice was that a baby will not starve itself to death so eventually will take the bottle. It's true. Her baby screamed for hours but took the bottle eventually on the day she went back to work.

My 11wk old is EBF-never taken bottle or dummy. I started to try with a bottle yesterday so weve a long way to go still!

So my BF baby refused a bottle but did have a tum tum cup with a straw from 6 months that he would happily drink from. We just put breastmilk into that.

You could experiment with a different bottle brand? The Philips advent ones are nice. Make sure you choose a low enough flow one as if it’s really fast I think it throws them off.
