I am not a medical person. This isn’t official advice.

However, I increased my supply by taking fenugreek. I took 2 capsules four times per day. It took about a week and then it really kicked in. I kept on using it for over a year. After a while, I just bought fenugreek seeds loose and took a teaspoon four times per day.

Some people also take blessed thistle but that gave me migraines.

Drink more water than you think possible. Eat protein. Rest. It takes energy to produce milk so don’t let that energy be used for other things.
