Baby won’t take a bottle HELP!

Hey,
my baby girl is 8 months old and WILL NOT take a bottle. I have tried everything you can think of (every bottle/teat, different formulas ect).
I am now back in work and she still won’t take any fluids whilst I’m away. She waits for me to be home.
i am worried my milk supply is going to drop because I can’t pump (I get 10ml for 1 hour pumping and I bleed after trying 3 different pumps, manual and electric).
i am super sore after work too.
I genuinely am stuck and don’t know what to do.
please someone help

Can you afford to see a lactation consultant? I couldn't pump until I got some flange adaptors that fit my very small nipples, suggested by the consultant

munchkin 360 sippy cup

Mine was exactly the same but would drink formula from a MAM starter cup with the silicone spout. We tried all the bottles etc but he seemed to like biting on the silicone which they have to do to get the liquid out.

Can you try a sippy cup? A straw cup? Open cup? My girl was the same she never ever took a bottle. I just fed her before and after work. My boy was a different case he would pick up a bottle off the floor and drink it
