Confused!

Hi everyone!

Can I please get some advice/recommendations on breast pumps?

Ive been doing research online and I’m so confused. How do I know what size flanges I need and can they be purchased separately if the one I buy doesn’t come with the right size?

What’s best? Wearable or not? I’ve just been looking at the Spectra and it mentions expression sets but again, how do you know what size you need?

I’m so lost with it all 🤣

I’ve tried the Elvie Stride which I love, Elvie Pump which I didn’t, and Momcozy M5 which worked but hurt. It’s a bit of trial and error unfortunately. Everyone I know who had the stride loved it - they have a new one now which comes with a range of sizes too. I’d definitely recommend wearables. I use mine as an exclusive pumper for nearly 11months and still going strong.
