Elvie Stride Woes :(

I bought an Elvie Stride 2 back in February when I was paid - it was more than I could really afford, but I had struggled so much trying to feed my first that I was determined to get a good pump in case things were hard this time around.

Baby arrived on 27th May - tongue tied like my first, so I’ve been exclusively pumping before getting his tie snipped.

My pump has stopped working on both sides (suction gives up when I move to ‘express’ mode)

I’ve been through the trouble shooting with Elvie - but the problem can’t be identified & even though I’ve only been using it for 10 days, it’s out of warranty.

I’m so, so upset - I can’t afford to hire a hospital grade pump & I’m so worried about losing my supply.

How is it out of warranty when you only bought it 4 months ago? Where did you buy it from? I would go back to them instead of elvie if elvie haven’t been helpful!

Their warranty is 90 days :’(
