Hi, new mum and starting to struggle with sterilisation what is enough or not. I am expressing milk and storing in fridge. When I take this out to re heat and feed can I just put a sterile teat on that bottle and feed after heating or do I need a whole new sterile bottle to pour it into? Any help please im very stressed only been home for 3 days and crying about sterilizing!!
