I'm in so much pain from nursing and pumping. I have very sore nipples and they have these weird clear bubbles on them. What are these, and how do I make them stop hurting?

Maybe pumping setting is too high or you enough nipple in so it's just getting the end of the nipple . Try nipple creams

Silver nipple shields and put nipple
Cream on the pump as lube. Check the pump settings and flange fitting size .

Your pump is set too high, or you’re pumping for too long, or your flanges are too small for your nipples. That looks so sore 😩
