Breastfeeding and alcohol

I went out last night and had around 10 alcoholic drinks, all spirit with cola, with a couple of shots. I have no idea how many units that is but how long should I wait before breast feeding? I have pumped and dumped a bit this morning

It's not ideal but you'll be fine by now. You'd literally have to have alcoholic poisoning for it to affect the baby.
