I have the s12 was so excited when I got the double pump only to see one is broken and motor didn’t work. Contacted them and they offered 50% refund and then claimed they gave 100% refund. When I tried to contact about it they blanked me. Eventually got a replacement from them and they offered £40 off code for the refund issue. I got the baby wrap and spare parts under the impression it would come pretty quickly but took over 3 weeks… when contacted they said they knew as they were out of stock yet failed to say. The motor on my pump is broke so I contacted them again only to be blamed and told to use my first part refund to buy another again despite it being their fault… do not waste your money for their lack of care.
