Hi! I need help. I gave birth more than 2 months ago. I didn' t breastfeed at all nor did I pump my milk regulary. Now my milk supplies are very low. My right breast produces only 2-4 tiny drops of milk, while my left breast produces none at all. I am scared that my milk will completely dry out. Did any of you had the same problem or went through something similar? I need a direct help and a straightforward advice. Thank you.
P.s. sorry for my bad english, english is not my first language.

It's worth trying to stimulate milk production by breastfeeding or using breast pumps regularly. Our body's milk production is regulated by supply and demand, so consistent stimulation can help. However, it may be challenging to significantly increase milk production after two months of inactivity. I'd highly suggest consulting with a lactation consultant for a personalized advice and support.
