Breast pump cleaning

I have the pipetta double pump and it says to clean and Sterilise after every pump.

Surely this isn't the case?! Id spend my whole day pumping for 20 mins, cleaning each pump part then Sterilising for 20mins!

Any advice to help a mumma save some time during the day

@MumtoLohen I had a different pump but only sterilised once a week. Every time seems a bit excessive.
