I'm due in may 2022, and I'm struggling to find any helpful information on breastfeeding and pumping.
I am wanting to feed my baby breast milk but I want to bottle feed, I understand that breastfeeding will be required during the first 2-4 weeks but how do I get a supply without creating an over supply?
I also have autism which is the main reason I want to feed from the bottle so my husband can feed also.
