Stopping breast feeding

Hi everyone
So I have been exclusively pumping since my baby was born in December for 3 months, only expressing by pump as he wouldn't take the nipple. In the past couple of days he has started to SCREAM every-time I give him milk so it has really put me off pumping any longer. Now how do I stop. I've dropped feeds and usually only pump 3 times a day. I've decided to stop cold turkey and my breasts are on fire, no redness just overwhelmingly FULL. Any ideas to how I can decrease the pain and make this a quick transition?
Thank you in advance

When I stopped breastfeeding I had similar and was afraid that i could end up with mastitis.
As far as I remember I expressed the milk, put hot wet compresses and then used tight bandage to prevent milk supply. Keep the bandage all the time even when you sleep. it took about 3-4 days.
