What are your opinions on Elvie hands free pumps?

Also (due to the cost) is it safe to buy an Elvie pump second hand if all is sterilised and clean etc.?

I think secondhand would be fine as you sterilise all the bits for your breast and holding the milk. You could even order new parts for the hub if you preferred.
