Breastfeeding and expressing:

I am FTM, my baby is over 3 weeks now, she sleeps all the time. She wakes up after 2-3 hours and take feed for 20mins and then sleeps. She’s is not draining my breasts. In evening she does takes an hour feed and takes everything from me but day time, I can feel my breasts are heavier than in the evening. Do I need to express during day? Or expressing will lower the supply? Or shall I just keep going on naturally whenever she wakes up I feed her? As she is taking small feeds during the day, which means less stimulation, does this mean it will decrease the supply of milk as breast won’t get the message that baby needs more milk in future?
