New wireless Elvie breast pump

Hello all! I've been on the waiting list for the double Elvie Pump since it launched in October 18 and just received an alert that it's back in stock.

I have scoured the internet for reviews and can't seem to find much anywhere. Nothing on Amazon, Google reviews, John Lewis, the Elvie website or the other usual sources. It's a big investment at £449, so I wondered if anybody here has tried it and has feedback on how it's been, and how it stacks up against the Willow.

I'm interested to hear about battery life, whether it's as quiet as they say, whether it stays attached, comfort, if it's actually discreet, etc. I am not due to give birth until early Feb, so have a bit of time to think about it. Thanks in advance for responses!

I misread it as the Elvis breast pump.

I watched a yt review from someone called Rebecca Lamb who used it at a restaurant and it looked great!

Thanks for the replies. I did see the Rebecca Lamb clip, which seems promising. I've gone ahead and ordered the Elvie double pump. Still 10 weeks to baby, but will be sure to circle back with a review once I've had a chance to use it.

Margles21 how did you get on with the Elvie? I'm thinking about getting one ..

Margles21 · 20/01/2019 17:20

Crustyjugglers, I did end up buying the double Elvie pump, which is still sitting in the box at least until my due date in a early February. Will try to post a review once I've had a chance to trial it properly.

Hi there,

I know this is quite an old thread, but just wanted to let you know that we tested the Elvie breast pump over a period of three months as part of our research into the best breast pumps currently on the market.

In short, our tester was really impressed with the Elvie. Spillages are a risk and it's much more expensive than a regular breast pump, but for a mum of twins returning to work after six months, it was a game changer.

Read our Elvie breast pump review to find more.

Hope that helps
