I'm returning to work shortly and my baby is ebf. She's nearly 7 months and still feeds 7 times a day even though she's weaned.
I can get 4oz when I pump in the morning in 15 minutes. But if I pump during the day it takes me 30 minutes to get 3oz.
I'm just trying to establish a pumping routine at the moment. But it's hard and doesn't look like I'll be able to get any full bottles.
Any advice?
