Hi! I’ve just bought a second hand medela swing (Ebay, £30. Get yourself on there if you need one!!!) and am wondering which parts I will need to replace/sterilise so that it is ready to use.

Contact medela but I don't think the swing is a closed system so it cannot be fully sterilised so it's not recommended you use a second hand one. Sorry!
