Manual breast pump recommendation

I've got a MAM breast pump but don't seem to be getting on very well with it. I pump away and hardly get anything out. Can anyone recommend a good manual pump which is both efficient and reasonably priced? Many thanks x

I used the tommee tippee and it weren't too bad but did end up buying an electric one as it just took too long to get a whole feed
