Not exactly a breast pump question, but I'm a bit confused about use of breast shells. I just bought the Avent ones because it says the ventilated ones are for reducing irrigation of clothes on sore nipples. But when I opened them and read the instructions, it says they shouldn't be worn for more than 40 mins. Surely for using them to help with soreness you need to wear them all day?
