he has stopped breast feeding

My wee boy is 13 weeks andwas getting a bottle in the evenings. These past 2 days, during the day, he will not feed from me, only from the bottle, but he stills feeds from me during the night. How do I encourage him to feed from me again during the day?

Can you give him a little bit from the bottle, just so he's not starving or really upset, then offer breast?

I tried that today and hetook the breast for about 3 minutes, and then wanted the bottle again.

When he initially wakes up is the only take he feeds from me but if hes awake and hungry he wont

Socci, Imnot sure he would feed any more - hes a big boy, feeding every 1 to 1.5 hours and on 1 solid meal a day

Are you giving formula or EBM in the bottle?

Babies often will take formula even if they're full of breastmilk. I would just offer the breast, not even an evening bottle, and see how it goes for a couple of days. Try feeding him skin to skin (him in a nappy, you with your top half naked - appreciate this will only work at home!), lying down, etc.
