stupid question on co-sleeping and feeding

I haven't really co-slept with my ds, and has struggled to latch while we are lying down.

However last night I tried when he woke up at 4.30 ds wasn't interested and we both fell back to sleep until 7.30.

At 7.30 he wasn't interested in his next feed had a quick nip then vomited which is not that common.

My stupid question is could he have fed overnight between 4.30 and 7.30 without waking me up, or me noticing. My breast seemed less full than I would normally have expected.

Any chance your breast leaked because of the close proximity of your DS and that's why it feels emptier?

If I feed lying down I really have to work to get my DTs in the correct position, there would be no latching without me noticing!

I hope he did feed, your can snore the night away while he latches on if he's hungry - perfect!

My feeling is that if you did it regularly you prob wouldn't notice but would if inexperienced. Maybe it depends how tired you were and how old ds is (ie can he get himself in to position easily).
