Breastfeeding and teeth whitening!

I am breastfeeding my little boy who is 9 months and i want to continue, however, one of my teeth has died at the front and the dentist said I should have them whitened.

I forgot to explain I was breastfeeding and now thinking about it not sure I can????

basically no-one seems to know, but it says it is unlikely that urgent treatment is necessary, so treatment could be delayed until breastfeeding finishes naturally
