Hello all. I have been given two doses of Propranolol (beta blockers) by the GP to help with anxiety during a driving test early next week (believe me i have tried everything else).
She gave me one to take before so that i could check for any adverse side effects, and one to take for the exam itself.

Has anybody else taken these whilst breastfeeding, as i am concerned about the safety of them. Everything i have read online seems to report that it does effect the breastmilk and that side effects are possible in baby, but that none have yet been reported. Im just looking for reassurance really.

My baby (6mo) will take a bottle, so i could give her ebm for the rest of the day and just pump and dump the my milk, but any advice would be greatly recieved.

I may not be able to check on my post for the rest of the day as my parents are visiting (hence the quickly typed post - sorry for the spelling, grammer etc), so thanks in advance.

I took them whilst breastfeeding and had no problems at all, I can't remember, but I must have checked with the doctor. Took them through pregnancy too.
