does mastitis cause reduction in milk supply

because that seems to have happened to me ......... not as much milk in affected breast - i can tell because i express a lot, and getting much less milk from that breast.
What can i do?

Not sure. Did you have quite a blockage in that breast? I guess it could have slowed down production temporarily but it should sort itself out in time. Are you over the mastitis now?
