There seem to be a lot of "lanolin free" products on the market - not necessarily as nipple cream. Does this mean that lanolin allergies/sensitivities are really common and that lanolin nipple cream is a bad idea for babies with a family history of asthma/eczema as they are likely to become sensitised to it?
