Can I take nurofen when breastfeeding?

Just developed mastitis today ... on antibiotics. Thought Nurofen might help with the pain, but are they ok to take when breast feeding?

yes its fine, DH looked it up when I was in so much pain when feedingg DS2 in the couple of days after he wasborn. a very small amount gets into the milk but is not thought to be harmful.
