Simply that, really. Am in a lot of pain and need to know how many paracetamol and ibuprofen I can take. Can't find any straight forward answers on packets!

TIA.

Hi there,
I have on going isses that reuired pain relief so will ell you what I did and was advised.

However -GO SEE GP / HV as I'm only a pleb!

My rules were to take paracetemol every 4 hours and ibrufrofen every 4 hours but seperated by 2 hours. E.g. have parats at 8, 12, 4, 8, and ibrufs at 10, 2 6, 10 etc.

Codiene can hinder milk but I used a few times when desperate.

Where is your pain? How old is your baby?

You can take the normal doses of paracetamol and ibuprofen while BF, hth.

Can stagger/alternate them as mumble suggested if you prefer.
