I bought her book, worth reading, make me so angry though that any company ever thought it was a good idea to supply formula to people in developing countries.

I mean if I choose to FF my DS, its not going to be a huge dent in the household budget and its unlikely to kill him beause I have access to a fridge, a steriliser and clean water. For many in developing countries keeping a baby in formula can cost their whole wages. And thats before you take the bottles / teats in account.
