How many milk feeds does your 6mo have?

Morning!

Am struggling with ds2 (28wks) who is bf and snacks constantly from the boob, day and night. He's on solids now, has taken to them really well and is eating 3 meals a day. But I think I am offering milk too frequently (so that he's just having snacks rather than longer feeds which might fill him up for longer). Apart from his solid feeds there is no semblance of a routine.

I expect to be up in the night etc but seem to remember ds1 and dd kind of found a routine by now. I know there is no 'norm' but am just interested to know how many (and when if you can be bothered) milk feeds your LO has.

TIA

Hi docket,
At 6 and a bit mo my bf BLW Dts were having (roughly)
7am bf
8.30 breakfast
10.30 bf
12 lunch
2.30 bf
5 tea
6.30 Loooooong bf

2 or 3 night feeds (each)

Now, at 9 months, they've dropped all but 7am and 7pm feeds! (monster eaters!)

Wow, Bosoms (great name!), you must have been worn out!

Thank you for that. Perhaps DS2 isn't so far off that in reality. Hopefully he'll settle down soon....
