Vitamin B6 and Magnesium

Is it possible to take these two supplements (for PMS) while breastfeeding??

Vitamin B6 in high (>100 mg/day) doses can work as a diuretic...I guess that could interfere with your supply, but if you've got PMS, presumably your baby isn't very young? I don't know for sure, but seems unlikely to me that magnesium could pose any risk at all. HTH.

Thank you. Yes, ds is almost 20 months so eating from mainly solid sources. Both of us still very attached to the "boob" though so don't know how long that's going to continue for!!
