Routine when back at work

I'm looking for some advice on what might work with a 6 month old. I have been back at work for 2 months and so far my dd has refused to take a bottle so she has been brought into my workplace feeds (work very close to home). As she is now 6 months old I would like to just feed her 3 times per day (before work, lunchtime and evening), with solids snack inbetween. Does anyone has any suggestions for a routine that might work. I'm a bit concerned that she would not get enough milk and also that she would be having her food at non-meal times and milk at meal times which is the wrong way round. Any advice appreciated.

This sounds very easy to work out.
You feed her first thing then she has some breakfast. Throughout the morning she can have a cup of formula at snack time and anything else you'd like her to have.
Move lunch forward to 1130 then have her brought in for the lunch time feed.
She can have another cup of formula in the afternoon and later her solid food around five pm and her bed time milk from you.
At first she won't take much from a sippy cup but they do learn and she'll easily get all the milk she needs.

Thanks bumbums. Thats sounds like a good plan. I'll give it a go!
