Just phoned out of hours GP as dd4 has what looks like thrush, her top lip has white spots aswell as the front of her tongue. My right nipple is sore where she has been bitting/gumming for the last few days. But this morning is slightly painfull after feeding.

The nurse on the phone said that there was no need for me to be seen by the GP as I won't have caught thrush off dd4 and was off with me when i told her i read that i needed to be treated even if i was not showing any signs of been infected with thrush.

What treatment do I need? would daktarin gel be ok for me or do i need to have anti-biotics aswell?
