I have finally dropped forumla milk with my DS but now he isn't drinking much cow's milk. How much does he still need? he eats youghurts, has milk in cereal etc.

they are supposed to get the equivalent of 350mls (approx 12oz) but not all (or any) needs to be in drink form as they can get the same nutrients from cheese, yoghurts, milk in cereal, etc

Thanks he's not really touching cow's milk but does have it in cereal and has a lot of other dairy products.
